I’m at present using 4 norco a day..I don’t drink or smoke. Ive taken ambien 5mg and that helps but it really’s not sensible for seniors And is no longer prescribed for me. Through no sleep and frequently coping with pain I’m missing energy and enthusiasm for every day fu
